Holiday romances have a bit of a bad reputation, don’t they? Everyone dreams of meeting that someone special on their annual beach break, but what happens once the holiday is over? Well according to our latest research, more than a third of Brits have had a holiday romance – with a quarter of those still in the relationship.
We surveyed 1,000 holidaymakers and also found that almost half of those asked had never had a holiday romance, with more than one in ten saying that they’d like to.
How do Brits celebrate Valentine’s Day?
Our survey found that more than half of British couples will be celebrating Valentine’s Day this year and that if money were no object, a beach holiday is the most popular choice with both men and women.
