French air traffic controller strike

Flights to, from and over France have been affected by the French air traffic control strike. This includes flights across Europe, particularly to Mainland Spain.

This has impacted a large number of our customers travelling on 11th and 12th June (only). We’re in the process of contacting these customers and arranging alternative flights. If you are concerned, please contact our call centre on 0871 474 3000 and press option 3.

We apologise that call wait times may be longer than normal due to the significant increase in number of calls to our contact centre regarding the strike.

Ryanair:

A large number of flights cancelled. You can see cancelled flights for 12th June here: http://www.ryanair.com/en/notices/gops/130610-12_june_cxl-GB

EasyJet:

At the moment we have no EasyJet customers impacted by the strike, other than those flying directly to/from France. EasyJet information is here: http://easyjet.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3970

Please do not cancel your transfer. We are working with our transfers suppliers to amend customer transfers but they are not refundable.
