Playa Fanabe 

Located in the popular tourist area of Costa Adeje, Playa Fanabe is one of Tenerife’s premier family beaches and its Blue Flag status confirms the beaches place among the island’s best. The shallow waters make the beach ideal for those looking to dip their toes in the warm waters, while the range of watersports are bound to appeal to any adrenaline lover. 

Feeling peckish? You’ll find a number of cafes and restaurants lining the beach, serving everything from light nibbles to traditional Canarian cuisine. 

Watersports: Jet-ski, banana boats, rings, pedaloes, paragliding, water-skiing, snorkelling, diving, scuba diving

Los Cristianos 

Protected by its port of the same name, Los Cristianos is home to soft, golden sands that entice tourists year after year. You’ll also find a lively promenade that is packed with shops and eateries where you can sit back, relax and watch the world go by. 

For a taste of something a little different, Restaurante Argentino en Tenerife is just a short stroll from Los Cristianos and serves up a delicious taste of Argentina. The family-owned Restaurant Casa Tagoro is also a great place to grab a bit to eat.

Troya Beach

Troya Beach is formed where the resorts of Costa Adeje and Playa De Las Americas meet. With a seafront promenade lined with shops and bars and sun loungers spanning the full length of the beach, it’s no surprise that this is one of Tenerife’s most popular. 

Due to its close proximity with many of the bars in Playa De Las Americas, the beach really comes alive during the evening where you’ll find beach parties taking place regularly. Papagayo Beach Club offers fantastic views of the beach and serves up delicious cocktails.
