Competition Rules

1. One winner will be picked by On the Beach based on the number of social engagements a blogger gained in their competition posts.
2. Only entrants posted on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram using our competition hashtag (#BeachinBloggers) and including our @handle will be counted as official entries.
3. Only entries received between 2pm and 12 midnight on Saturday 18^th June will be counted as official entries.
4. The winner will be notified on the social media channel they used to enter, announced by the end of Thursday 30^th June, 2016.
5. Any entry that is made online using methods generated by a script, macro, or through the use of automated devices will be void. No responsibility will be accepted for lost or corrupt, incomplete or fraudulent entries. Entries which otherwise do not comply with these rules will be disqualified.
6. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, On the Beach reserves the right to re-allocate the prize.  The winner’s name and town may be posted across On the Beach’s owned social and online channels, and email communication.
7. An entry tagging another person will count as a single entry from the person who owns the account.
8. Entrants can post as many times as they like to enter. Posts will not count as engagements, but the engagements they attract will be added together with those gained on other posts from the same entrant within this competition. Each post must contain the competition hashtag (#BeachinBloggers) and appropriate On the Beach @handle.
9. Engagement counts will include the number of likes, shares, follows, retweets and comments.

The Prize: 

1. The prize consists of a 7 night working trip to Paphos in October or November, promoting winter holidays in Cyprus with On the Beach.
2. This prize consists of a 4 night stay at Ayii Anagyri natural healing spa resort followed by 3 nights at Capital Coast Hotel in Paphos for the winner and one friend on half board.
3. The prize does not include flights, although On the Beach will consult with partners in order to potentially sort a deal or discount.
4. The prize does not include any extras, such as in-resort activities, transfers, luggage or travel insurance, however, On the Beach will consult partners in order to see if a deal or discount on any of the above are possible.
5. Holiday review prize is awarded on the basis of a coverage exchange with the blogger, vlogger or social media influencer, agreed in advance between On the Beach and the winner before departure.
6. On the Beach are under no obligation to cover the cost of flights or any extras as part of the holiday review prize.
7. The offer is non transferable and no cash equivalent will be given.
8. On the Beach acts as an agent only on behalf of suppliers of the different elements of the holiday, details of which will be provided to the prize recipient when the holiday is arranged.
9. We hope this will be the beginning of a new working relationship with the blogger, vlogger or social media influencer who wins the competition.

Eligibility: 

1. The competition is open to bloggers, vloggers or social media influencers aged eighteen (18) years or over who are residents of Great Britain (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland – excluding Ireland), the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man only.
2. Employees of On the Beach and their immediate families, agents and anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion may not participate.  On the Beach reserves the right to refuse any entry that is believed to be in breach of the Terms and Conditions.

General

1. On the Beach reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the prize in whole or in part at any time including, for the avoidance of doubt, the cancellation of any unredeemed prize. In this event, you will be notified through your preferred method of communication; either the social media site, email address or mobile number you have supplied. We will endeavour to give you 30 days notice of this or, if this is not possible, as much notice as we reasonably can.
2. Instructions form part of the Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the reward.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time where reasonably required. We will endeavour to give you 30 days notice of this or, if this is not possible, as much notice as we reasonably can.
4. The Terms and Conditions are for the #BeachinBloggers competition dated Saturday 18^th June 2016 only.
5. All entrants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this prize draw.
6. The decisions of the promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter, Facebook or Instagram, and has no association or jurisdiction over the competition.
8. By entering this competition you give permission for your entry (image or video based) to be reposted on On the Beach’s owned social channels and other communication platforms.

Limitations of liability

1. Neither the Promoter, its employees nor its agents assume any responsibility or liability for the following:
2. Any incorrect or inaccurate entry.
3. Any system failures on any of the websites being utilised to run the promotion.
4. Any failure to fulfil obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although we will endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of such failure.
5. Any other matter outside of our reasonable control.
6. Injury or fatality caused during the competition.
