The hotel is caters for quiet family holidays and is therefore set up differently from other hotels. It consists of 30 units, located in the heart of Costambar, a semi-residential, semi-tourist area with nearly 3 kilometres of beach. It has a hotel safe, mini market, bar and dining facilities, as well as room and laundry services. The rooms offer cable TV and an in-room safety deposit box. Fully furnished 1 or 2 bedroom apartments are also available. An en suite bathroom, kitchenette, mini fridge, double or king-size beds, individually adjustable air conditioning and either a balcony or terrace all feature.
