Goldtrail Refund Confirmation

On the Beach are delighted to confirm that we have had confirmation from the CAA, that in order to speed up the process On the Beach will administer the claims and refunds on behalf of the CAA.

 

We expect the first refunds to be paid mid November and all complete claims received before the end of October will be refunded prior to Christmas. All refunds will be issued through the “manage my booking” section of our website, once your payment is ready for you to collect, you will receive an e-mail with detailed instructions on how to collect your refund.

 

If you are in receipt of an On the Beach e-mail from our claims team and have received and registered your claim pack, we will contact you on the e-mail address provided should we require any further information from you prior to issuing your refund.

 

May I once again take this opportunity to reassure you that we continue to act on your behalf to bring about a swift resolution to this matter and we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your patience and understanding over the past few months. We regret we could not have concluded this sooner but we firmly believe that by agreeing this process with the CAA the refunds will be administered much more speedily for you.
