First time we had been for an all inclusive holiday but we loved it Could not fault the hotel, the area, the staff or the food The staff could not do enough for you. Certainly would go there again In fact we are to return in December
Useful Tips:
Watch out for the hot sun The only down side was I got prickly heat As it was too hot for me and I love sunbathing

Comments:
Isolated from the centre of the resort. We stayed in Nabq Bay and it was a taxi drive to the nearest bay. Taxi was cheap but had to barter hard. Excursions were long and pricey. It was 300 miles to visit St. Catherines Monastry and an eleven hour round journey.Jaz Mirabelle Club Hotel was the smallest of three hotels on site. It was a 15 minute stroll to the beach. Many swimming pools ,some were heated. The facilities at the Mirabelle Club and Park hotel were inter changeable. We could not use the Mirabelle Beach hotel which was nearest the beach.Good choice of restaurant food and several snack bars available. Staff were friendly and helpful. Three of our party got upset stomachs.

A very nice holiday destination with plenty to do.
Useful Tips:
Holiday makers should look out for travel reps in hotels and shop around. I was situated in Royal Albatros Hotel in Sharm el Sheikh which was a very good hotel. However, I paid £212 to go on a trip to Petra in Jordan with the holiday reps situated inside the foyer. This went to £222 within minutes of signing. After a few hours and what was a good day we started chatting to other holiday makers and were very shocked to find some had only paid £160 with their holiday rep. The next day we were offered the, same holiday for £150 by another hotel rep. Now to my shock and horror I have just received my Visa bill to find they changed £s into US$ and after converting back the bill is now £491!! I am not amused, so anyone going to the Albatros Hotel be very careful of holiday reps just inside the foyer of reception.

Loved Sharm El Sheikh. We both want to go again. Had a great holiday and would recommend it for couples and families with older children - maybe aged 8+ years. I also like the Egyptians. A pleasant and dignified people. A Great place! and looking forward to going again next year. Fabulous weather guaranteed - a Bedouin told us they dont have any rain all year.
Useful Tips:
Sharks Bay (snorkelling) and Naama Bay (shopping).
