Situated on the islands east coast, Perama beach is thought of locally as the perfect hideaway beach. As small area of fine white sand has plenty of sunbed access for visitors, and the surrounding hills with lush green trees enclose the beach and provide some spectacular views to take in. If you need to cool off then the crystal-clear water here is enough to tempt anybody in for a swim.

Locally called 'Spianada', The Esplanade is the central square of Corfu Town. It is here you will find some of the most beautiful buildings in Corfu Town - the Liston, the Ionian Academy and The Palace of Saint Michael and Saint Georges. Designed by the French the Esplanade is a mix of green space, landscaped gardens and town square with a fountain and elegant bandstand where you sometimes hear local musicians play. Found in one of Corfu's most popular tourist resorts, Benitses beach manages to attract a large number of visitors year after year. It is made up mostly of shingle, though towards the front on the beach areas of golden sands can be found. There is plenty in the way of facilities to cater for you, with numerous sunbeds where you can unwind while working on your tan, or an exciting range of watersports for the more adventurous! Found on Corfu's east coast, Kontokali beach is a natural beach made up mostly of a mix between sand and shingle. A huge marina which is found close to the beach takes up the majority of the waterfront, and this is excellent for a strole around for a look at some of the impressive boats which dock here. Antipaxos Island - The islet of Antipaxos is famous for its beautiful beaches and offers some of the best swimming and snorkelling opportunities in Greece. Voutoumi and Vrika, the two main beaches of Antipaxos are located at the north end of the islet and both beaches are safe for all people. To the south of these two beaches, there are a few small and beautiful secluded coves. To go to Antipaxos, there are water taxis that run from Gaios usually every hour.
