- What a difference to the rest of the Costas! This coastline is littered with beautiful golden sandy beaches and little villages that are totally unspoilt. Take your spanish dictionary as not many locals speak English - rightly so, you are in Spain afterall!!! Would recommend this coast to all - young families, older couples and singles alike looking for a relaxing holiday with no loud discos or time share sellers!!
- Useful Tips:
- The beaches are beautiful and clean and you can walk for mles. Go to visit the towns adjacent to the Portuguese border - worth a visit.

- We really like this area of Spain. We stayed at the Confortel Calas de Conil and found that it was a bit out of the way and really needed a car to get around. There are a lot of places to visit and its about an hours drive to Gibraltar. Cadiz and Jerez are old Spanish towns well worth a look around. The beaches are good and the sea was clean and with big waves were we were in Conil. We went in September and the temperature was perfect.
