- Carveiro is on a coast within easy drive of loads of fantastic sandy bays with crystal clear waters. This is also where many portugese choose to holiday. There are loads of restaurants and bars, the only downside is its quite expensive mostly due to the euro rate at the moment. I Would def. go back.
- Useful Tips:
- Its best to hire a car so that you can visit lots of different beaches, and take a parasol, you will need it!!!

- Been to Portugal many times and will return many more. Beautiful cities and villages. Always something to see and do for all age ranges. I have been with family age ranging fro 3 months to 64 years old and all enjoy it. Last visist was to Carvoeira. it is a beutiful little town with great beaches and lovely restaurant. SOme have childrens play areas in which you can see from your table.
- Useful Tips:
- Hire a car at the airport to get to your location. It is easier than waiting for bus transfers and teh roads are easy to navigate. Down by the marina in Vilamora is a must at night time even if only for people watching getting on off their boats and their posh cars.
