- The hotel was very clean and the staff very frinedly and helpful.
- Useful Tips:
- Take a spare towel if you have a late check out as you have to pay 10 Euros fro the hire of one for your last day - that is if you want to swim. Take American dollars for tipping as they go further.

- we have been to egypt each year for the last six years and this was without adoubt the most laid back holiday we have had got a sunbed anytime of the day beach or pool snorkelling out of this world food to suit all tastes staff very helpfull at all times fridge packed up in the room one call to reception new fridge straight away we both enjoyed the holiday and are planning on coming back in 2010
- Useful Tips:
- quad bikes a must if you have not done it before bring shorts and sandals to throw away as thiy will not come clean better still give the footwear to a local as they are grateful for any gifts

- The hotel itself was very nice. The food was good but did get slighlty repetitve as does any all inclusive. There were 2 large pools and access directly onto beach. Drinks were ok but stay away from the spirits. Staff working in reception and luggage area were very rude and aggressive. Key card deactivated prior to checking out. Staff confrontational trying to charge us extra charges and managers unhelpful when informed by these situations.

- Tip on first day and bar staff will look after you.

- This Hotel was the best ever hotel we have stopped at, staff could'nt do enough for you, the food ...well it was out of this world. Everything you needed were there, not just for adults, they looked after the children just as well, So if i get away on holiday this year im heading back to the Royal Albatros Moderna Resort - Sharm El Sheikh.
- Useful Tips:
- just watch out for taxi drivers, and shop owners, they bug you a little but just ignore them.

- We have just returned from a week at this hotel and have had a wonderful time. The staff were fantastic especially reception and the animation team. The hotel is clean and the food is good and varied. You would have to be extremely fussy not to find someting to enjoy. There were 3 of us in the party ranging from 40 to 60 and not one of us had a negative comment.

- Take euros not english pounds. Tipping is gratefully received but we didn't feel pressured.

- the hotel was good except for the poor lighting on stairs some off the staff were very good not a good place if you are an invalid as there are no lifts & ramps are very steep. the food was ok i've had better

- on arrival after a delayed flight at 11.45pm, we were told no rooms were available as previous guests flight was not at airport so they had kept their rooms. We were told we were to go another hotel for one night then return in the morning we would get a room up grade.After a 45 minuit journey into SHARM we got a beautful room,in a selfcontained bungalow!! the following morning we had to wait until 12-30am to return, so we lost half a day of our holiday. when we returned ,we had been told we would get a room upgrade the room we finaly got was a simple twin bedded room on the ground floor on the relaxation area.IT WAS NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED!!!. Any way we stuck it out .the rest of the holiday was ok food not bad but a bit bland. The pool area at the relaxation area was in need of repair with broken tiles/concrete it could do with a good repair and cleanup. The entertainment was a bit lacking with only music at the beach bar and some animation stuff.The holiday was not bad !!.

- make sure you get what you book and not get fobbed of.

- excellent staff food great a really great holiday experience book it no worries about anything

- try the fantastic four trip scuba diving desert and beduin camps excellent day out

- The hotel itself was ok, very clean, there was a variety of food but always arrived warm and not hot. The only entertainment in the evening was at the beach bar, I use the word entertainment very loosely as there were 2 singers which alternated on a nightly basis with some karaoke thrown in, the singers were not good. The staff were extremely rude and I can honestly say that I have never stayed in any hotel (less than 5 Star) where the staff were so bad. The cleaner knocked on our room the night before we left to ask for a tip. I only drink vodka, but the brand they served was undrinkable, you would have to hold your breath while drinking it so you did not taste it. I have never had such a non drinking holiday in my life. I decided to change to Gin and Tonic, but the hotel had no tonic and had not had any for some considerable time. (A year) Overall the hotel was clean but the entertainment was non existent and you could not get to have a decent drink.
- Useful Tips:
- Ive stayed in Egypt before in a less rated hotel and enjoyed myself better. I think if you are very young and want to go into Naama Bay and go clubbing every night and only want to use the hotel as your base, then this could be the holiday for you.

- Had a brilliant time! Food, rooms, pool - everything was perfect! So clean, would go back again tomorrow!!! Didn't really need to leave the hotel as we we're still getting lost on day 10. food was great, something for everyone. First time to egypt and will definitely return (maybe even to this hotel). It was so grand - the reception area is breattaking and the views over the pool and beach.
- Useful Tips:
- Beach is shingle. Night out in Naama is very expensive. Tip the bar staff and they will bring drinks to you all day everyday!
