- I was very well looked after. the customer service was very good. A very relaxing holiday. The food was very good with lots of choices. I would like to go again but ThomasCook don't seem to do this hotel anymore

- I wanted a quiet holiday & that is what I had. it all depends on the type of holiday people want! I like to see the culture of country that I am staying in, other people do not seem to care

- A lot depends on what you are expecting, if you believe this to be a "luxury" hotel, you will be disappointed. The hotel is tired and over rated, "all inclusive", is less than good, with the quality of food and drinks barely average. Indeed, for three days, Lurpak butter portions were taken off the food counter and replaced with cubed portions of poor quality cooking margarine. On some days, only half the "self service" food containers were in operation, causing food shortages and queues. Meal sittings are a battle ground with the Russian "guests", who are greedy and ignorant and have a massive majority. There is no beach, just some made up ground above sea level. Only saving grace, is the hotel staff, who are helpful, pleasant and keen and clearly wish that there were more British "guests", instead of the handful.
