The relaxing family atmosphere at this hotel with the thoughtful and attentive staff, the spectacular scenery of stunning Lake Garda will fulfil ones every expectation. Garda is the biggest lake in Italy and is certainly one of the most charming. Nestling between the green hills and mountainous peaks guests will find beaches and coves showered in fragrances and colours. It is renowned for its especially mild and temperate climate which provides the perfect conditions for the luscious vegetation, reminiscent of the Mediterranean coast.
The 78 rooms are situated both in the hotels main building and in the annex building (10 m far away). They are all equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, fridge/minibar, safe deposit box, and colour satellite TV. There are rooms with air conditioning which are available from end of June to beginning of September at extra charge; these rooms are located on the main building and have lake view or pool view. Please note that the single rooms do not have a balcony or a lake view. Additionally, there are rooms that have a balcony and a superb view of the lake and are located in the annex building.
The hotel provides a main restaurant and bar with terrace and garden. Breakfast and dinner meals are both offered buffet style in the main restaurant. There is also a grill bar near the swimming pool which is open only during high season, from middle June to middle September.
The swimming pool (from beginning of May to end of October) is complete with umbrellas and deck-chairs. You will also find a fitness corner, an open air playing area for children and a basement garage. Assenza di Brenzone is a typical resort, situated directly on Lake Garda to the south of Malcesine. Not far from the shore, the small island of Isola di Trimelone rises from the waters. The truly panoramic hinterland is the idyllic setting for olive grove excursions in the hills. If you venture into the mountains you can reach the alpine retreats of Monte Baldo. Sporting activities available near the hotel include surfing, water-skiing, windsailing school and tennis courts.
Malcesine is one of the most beautiful villages on the lake just 4km away. The quaint harbour (il porticciolo) is the lively heart of the village - a place so colourful and vivid that it seems almost unreal, as if it were a painting. Once in the picturesque historical centre, which is positively teeming with shops and typical bars and restaurants, take your time to visit the striking Castello and the Palazzo dei Capitani, ancient monuments that are still almost entirely intact. Verona, the city of Romeo and Juliet, with its famous arena is renowned for its annual opera festival. It also has a wealth of monuments, churches and museums to visit. Via Mazzini and Corso Portoni Borsari boast a myriad of famous designer labels for all those that want to relax with a spot of shopping.
Verona Airport is 48km from the hotel site, which is located right in the centre of Assenza di Brenzone right on the beachfront.
