Comments:
Very clean impressive hotel. Food was very good. Rooms in need of a makeover bit dated although clean. Drinks far too expensive - 9 euros for pint of local beer and local G & T, much cheaper at bars over the road.

Comments:
The hotel is very impressive the moment you enter the lobby. The property has great facilities and is well amintained and clean. The staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful in all departments. The rooms are very comfortable and it was worth paying the xtra for a sea/pool view as the view is great, looking out over Los Christianos and the port and facing the amazing sunsets. The restaurant is buffet style. The food offers a wide selection of food for everyone and differed each evening, including 3 soups, cold meats and seafood salad bar, hot dishes of meat, fish and vegetarian plus about 6 different vegetables plus grilled to order meat and fish on one night a delicious salmon en croute with hollandaise sauce, dessets ice cream and fruit counter, cheese table, and 12 varieties of bread and rolls. After dinner ther was an excellent duo for dancing + cabaret which impressed. The pool and gardens are lovely. Kid's pool, lively pool & chill pool. We will be back!
Useful Tips:
Go half board for full value. Tenerife has a lot to offer. If you have time visit Loro Parks, Teide, Los Gigantes, Masca. You can hire a car and take yourself around the island but if it is your first visit take a tour to get all tye information. Take time to talk to your rep or the hotel hospitality staff for help in choosing your activities to suit you. There is something for all ages and families will love the resort. It is always much hotter in the South and UK newspapers and websites tend to give forcasts for Tenerife North and Puerto de la Cruz. We read that temps would be 24/26 but in fact it was 34/37. Not bad for October! There is an excellent promenade along the coast from Los Christianos, Playa de las Americas, Fanabe and Adeje with good access.
