All of the apartments are tastefully furnished and come fitted with an en suite bathroom, a living/bedroom with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom. Moreover, each has satellite/cable TV, an Internet connection, a kitchenette, a fridge, a coffee machine, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace with sea views. All apartments are cleaned five times a week.

The attractive complex was renovated in 2003. It comprises a 3-storey main building and a neighbouring building with a total of 80 apartments. The facilities include a lobby with a reception, hotel safes, a currency exchange desk and an à la carte restaurant. Outside guests will find parking facilities.

The apartment complex is situated on a hillside with a wonderful view over the Atlantic in Puerto del Carmens. Various shopping and entertainment venues are located in the immediate vicinity. It is approximately a 10-minute walk to the fishing harbour and Playa Blanca beach is around 700 m away. There are regular local bus links nearby, enabling easy access to other areas.

Breakfast is available to guests each morning. At lunchtime and in the evenings, guests may select dishes from an à la carte menu.

Two small freshwater swimming pools surrounded by sun loungers and parasols are located in the outdoor complex. It is also possible to play billiards.
