- We originally stayed in this hotel in March 2009 and because we enjoyed it so much we decided to go back for my partners 40th birthday. The food was excellent, something for everyone, the facilities were spotless and the reception staff were always happy to help and very welcoming. The only negative thing I could say about the hotel is the evening enetertainment which isn't upto much but this was the same in March. A couple of the shows were ok but the parrot show lasted only 20 mins and all the entertainers seemed interested in was getting money off people to have photographs with the parrots after the performance. We did mention this though to the entertainment staff who were asking people what they thought of the evening entertainment. The only other gripe I have is that there is a kids club which my 2 kids went to every day, on our last day the entertainment team decided to cut the hours down. If I was staying any longer I would have complained.
- Useful Tips:
- The zoo is a good day out, theres a free bus, leaflets in the hotel reception if you're interested. The beach is fantastic but watch out for the nudists if you have children as they just walk into the see with no clothes on. Not sure if the kids noticed though!

- very clean, only saw one cockroach and it was dead, the beach is amazing, the perfect holiday for relaxing, not a lot to do, it's good for kids and the staff are very helpful, evening entertainment every night and the animation team have daily activities, local shops are expensive for example on a visit to serena bar and restaurant 1 awful pizza 1 beer 1 fanta 1 childs chicken nuggets, 22 euros. the food is excellent at the steak house next door to the rock cafe, the pizzas are good too.
