As a functional scheme the building is organized as an apart hotel. It consists of two section units united at the ground floor level, with common reception area, a hotel lounge, a lobby bar and other common parts servicing the comfort. In its residential part the building has in total 36 studios, 6 two-room and 4 three-room apartments. Parking places are provided for in the northern part of the plot to the central entrance to the building and the street both for the owners and for the guests of the hotel. A foreign currency exchange office is also available at the hotel.

The hotel is in the first sea line; it borders onto the sand stripe and has a unique view along the entire Bay. It is situated in the quietest part of Sunny Beach.

The hotel features nice restaurant with terrace-garden, a lobby-bar, and a bar next to the swimming-pool.

There are a swimming pool and quiet games hall available at the hotel.
