Online travel agent responds to customer requests
The UK’s leading online travel agent On the Beach is delighted to announce the launch of its latest customer offering; in-resort representation.
Earlier this year, the unique holiday deals experts asked its customers what they would like to see from the business, which resulted in On the Beach becoming the first agent in the UK to adopt an ATOL licence and an ATOL/ABTA approved trust and offer flexible payment options.
Following further requests, from 1 April On the Beach will offer in-resort support to customers who have booked a holiday.
On the Beach is the first online travel agent to offer this service on holiday bookings (including popular beach holidays) and is completely free of charge to customers.
This new service offers 24/7 support, optional welcome meetings, tours and excursion advice and bookings and a local emergency phone number.
